Refund and Returns Policy
- Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly, we can not provide you with a refund or replacement.
- Products can only be refunded if it is requested to the Support team within 2 days of the purchase. No Licenses will be refunded after this period. Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues. So make sure to select the correct product while purchasing.
- Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded depending on the customer’s choice.
- Refund/Replacement is not applicable for the licenses used in Pirated / Incompatible software.
