Usually, the License key will be sent to the mail in less than 10 seconds .

Some times it may take up to 12 Hours. If you have not received the license key within a reasonable amount of time, you should contact our customer support for assistance.

If you haven’t received the license key yet, you can exchange or return it. If the purchased product has been already sent to you, this disqualifies you from making a return or exchange.

All the products you purchase from Soft Keys are valid for Lifetime, which means you only have to pay for the software once and can use it indefinitely.

Sadly, we don’t provide any installation support for the products, The installation must be done by the customer end. In case of OS installation, You can take your device to a local service center and ask them to do the installation for you. Once the product is installed, you can place the order from our website and proceed with the activation key you receive via the Email.

After you have placed an order with us, an order number will be generated and you will receive all further information by email / WhatsApp.

As soon as We receive the payment for your order, and You will receive the product key in a separate email.
